is being branded as the new paypal/google checkout online pay system.Right now, the entire program is in beta- you can't actually use it anywhere. But, hold on-- you can "Earn" funds while the beta is going on. Sign up, get credit added to you account. Then, when the program goes live and merchants are added, you can use the funds you've earned to shop online. Since it costs nothing at this point to earn funds (think swagbucks when it was first released!) it's worth the few moments it takes to sign up, and look into it the program a little... so you aren't kicking yourself later on. "OMG all that free credit I *could* of had".
