So here's the deal on this one... go to the website, fill out the form with your snail mail and email. Submit it... and then wait 5 minutes and confirm your email address via the email they send you. Be sure to check your spam- that's where mine decided to hide right between an offer to help with my depression (which is sad, because I didn't even know I suffered from it) and a message informing me I'd won some huge international lottery. In a few weeks- your Pharmacy SkateBoard stickers will arrive, and your kids will think you are so cool.
